We are aware the coronavirus continues to disrupt
the industry supply chain. The objective of this press release is giving give a
general update on what our partners in China communicated, what our stock will
look like, and a few action steps we will take to help your business run
smoothly.
Our Asian partner and our
factories report the markets will open the first week of March, well aware that
this has been previously delayed, we would not be surprised if dates were to
change again. As optimistic as we want to be, our practical side and our
responsibility with all of you is of transparency. At this point, there is a
lot of uncertainty, and that is why we highly recommend to stock up on products
as much as you can.
While our offices in China and
Hong Kong is staff coming back to the city from their hometowns experiencing
delays, raw material shortages, low staff in other industries, which effect
ours directly, such as logistics. As a result, we receive daily but limited
stock. We want to be very conservative with our ramp-up estimate times, but we
are working day and night (literally) to fight stock shortages through these
difficult times.
Here are some action steps and
general recommendations from our team at MobileSentrix for you to ensure your
business is affected the least as possible:
Us warehouse has become a 24/7
operation during this time. We made this decision, so we can immediately
process stock as it comes in to make it available for you. Please monitor our
website as we are putting all our inventory online as it comes to it. Needless to
say, it is not enough for all our clients. If you see the items you are looking
for at that time, please place the order immediately.
Our refurbishing centers are also
being pushed to their limits daily, to increase our "Premium" screen
outputs. We have dramatically dropped prices for this "Premium"
quality to make it available as an alternative where other screens might not be
available.
Buyback and RMAs will have a
longer processing time throughout this time, please bear with us and be
measured we will process it as soon as possible.
While prices in china might
increase, we are doing our very best to keep our prices as real and low as possible
throughout the time. We do not believe our prices should increase unless our
costs go up. Be at peace and use our site to cross-reference other suppliers to
make sure you are not overpaying for products.
